The Speaker Shortcut Directory ("we," "us," or "the directory") is a public directory of member speakers operated by The Speaker Shortcut. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or listing, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign in and to verify your membership.
• Listing content: the name, headshot, speaking topics, description, and website link you choose to publish.
• Usage data: standard technical and analytics data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the directory running and secure.

What We Display Publicly

For each approved, active member, the directory publicly displays the speaker's full name, headshot, speaking topics, description, and a link to their personal website. Member email addresses and private account information are never shown in the public directory.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate members and verify Speaker Shortcut membership.
• To publish approved speaker listings for directory visitors.
• To send account-related notices such as password resets and membership updates.
• To maintain the security and quality of the directory.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep your account and listing for as long as your membership is active. If your membership is deactivated or you request removal, administrators can disable or remove your listing. Account email addresses are retained only as needed for authentication and administration.

Your Control

Members can edit or update their own listing at any time from the member dashboard. Administrators can approve, deactivate, or remove listings as needed to maintain the quality of the directory. You may request that your listing or account be removed by contacting the administrator.

Changes to This Policy
